SERVICE PLANS
There is no way of knowing how many moles are on your property. We have found that most small to mid-size residential lawns that we service have an average of 1-3 moles. Even one mole can create a lot of damage and give the illusion that there are more. Of course larger lawns may produce more mole captures - especially if your lawn is irrigated or borders an undeveloped area. There is generally an average of 2-3 per acre but there are many other things that factor into the equation such as nearby habitat, construction in the area, season, available food sources and more. Please note that moles may breed as early as December but February and March is the peak mating season and in 6 weeks or less there will be 3-5 offspring. Then in as little as 4 more weeks those offspring are weaned, natal dispersal takes place and the young begin digging their own tunnels and creating their own homerange. (Based on ONE female) It is believed that there is a 50% mortality rate due to natural death or predation leaving an average of 1-3 moles to continue digging in or near your lawn or garden. Also, the fall season is a good time to trap moles to remove them BEFORE they mate.
We do appreciate our customers and once you become our customer you will receive loyalty discount coupons for future services. We do not advertise these discounts but they are substantial and have great value.

Larger lawns may incur additional fees. Joplin metro area only.
EXTENDED 6 MONTH PLAN - Starting at $195 and $50 per mole capture (Most popular) This plan is designed for those with new as well as prior mole activity. We work fast and diligently to minimize the impact that these new moles can have on your lawn. The initial service plan fee is due at setup and then a discounted fee of $50 per mole capture will be billed for each capture as they occur. As always, there are no hidden charges, no surprises and no long term contracts. Long distance accounts, larger lawns or lawns with an unusually large amount of mole activity may incur additional fees. This plan provides a longer window to trap other moles that may be in the vicinity and try to recolonize the tunnel system. There are no additional fees, just the capture fee, no matter how many times we need to address new mole activity.
SEASONAL/COMMERCIAL/ESTATE PLANS - To be determined after an on site inspection No two properties are the same and some are more challenging than others. An on site inspection will determine the fee structure for commercial or estate service which may include discounted or tier pricing depending on the number of captures. The initial service plan fee is due at setup and then a mole capture fee or flat rate weekly/bi-weekly/monthly fee will be billed as agreed.
SEASONAL PLAN - This plan ensures that trapping takes place as needed during the peak mating, gestation, weaning and dispersal periods as well as the second wave in the fall. The normal mole trapping season begins in February or March when the ground thaws and ends in December or when the ground freezes (whichever comes first). This is great for for those that have consistant mole problems throughout the year due to irrigation (sprinkler system), nearby meadows, woodlands and other natural habitat that moles thrive in. Also, if your neighbors have moles and haven't addressed the problem then your mole problem may increase. We work fast and diligently to minimize the impact that these new moles can have on your lawn but due to the tunnel system created by current and previous moles as well as the surrounding habitat, irrigation, food supply, etc., other moles in the vicinity may recolonize these tunnels and must be trapped and removed as well. A seasonal plan will help eliminate the breeding population thereby reducing or stopping the lawn damage that you get each year. Long distance accounts, larger lawns or lawns with an unusually large amount of mole activity may incur additional fees.
COMMERCIAL/ESTATE - This plan is designed for commercial properties, premium landscapes or gardens, larger estates, resorts or other high value properties that require a more complex strategy to eliminate their mole problems. Before we can provide an estimate there are many factors to be considered such as current mole density or "mole population", season, habitat, available food sources, level of current as well as potential damage, any current control methods in use, public access, equipment needed, safety measures and service frequency. An on site assessment is needed to provide a quote for this service.
VOLE CONTROL - This is generally done on a flat rate basis for 14-30 days depending on the amount of activity, lawn damage, distance and size of the lawn or garden. When this service is initiated along with mole trapping then the rate will be discounted 50%.
