Please note that there is no way of knowing how many moles are on your property. We have found that most small to mid-size residential lawns that we service have an average of two moles. Even one mole can create a lot of damage and give the illusion that there are more. Of course larger lawns may contain more - especially if your lawn borders an undeveloped area. There is generally an average of 2-3 moles per acre but there are many other things that factor into the equation such as nearby habitat, construction in the area, season, available food sources and more. It is not uncommon to capture five or more moles in a rural setting. Likewise there is the possibility that when these moles have been eliminated others in the immediate area may recolonize the tunnels. When we assess your property we will consider all of these factors before we suggest a service plan to meet your needs or budget.
BASIC PLAN- $195. Zone 1. Per mole service plan. This is great for small to average sized residential lawns up to 3/4 acre* with new signs of mole activity but with no previous problems. We work fast and diligently to minimize the impact that these new moles can have on your lawn. The initial one time fee of $195 is due at setup and the first two mole captures are included. After this there will be a charge of $50 per mole capture and you will be invoiced for each capture as they occur. Most new moles are trapped within the first few weeks but this service will continue as needed until the intended results are obtained. As always, there are no hidden charges, no surprises and no long term contracts. This includes free set up for a full six months should you see new mole activity.

GOOD NEIGHBOR PLAN - This plan is for you and your neighbor who share a common mole problem. Moles don't pay any heed to property lines and their territory may include several bordering properties. If you and your neighbor(s) sign up for service you will each receive a $30 discount.
COMMERCIAL/ESTATE - This plan is designed for premium landscapes, larger estates, resorts or cemetaries that require a more complex strategy to eliminate their mole problems. Before we can provide an estimate there are many factors to be considered such as current mole density or "mole population", season, habitat, available food sources, level of current as well as potential damage, any current control methods in use, public access, equipment needed, safety measures and service frequency. An on site assessment is needed to provide a quote for this service. We can also provide on site training for maintenance personnel, groundskeepers or turf managers.
Churches - All churches and their members may choose a 10% discount or a 10% tithe back to their church.
Cemetaries - All cemetaries may choose a 10% discount or a 10% donation back to their association.
